The Rattlerow UK breeding pyramid consists of thousands of purebred sows on 40 modern breeding units, nurseries and grow-out farms situated throughout the country.

Rattlerow Production employs over 80 staff and operates an in-house training programme and careers structure which concentrates on building a skilled and motivated team focused on the production of healthy breeding stock.

Rattlerow Research employs a team of world class geneticists to run and monitor the breeding programmes and guide research projects.

Rattlerow Sales employs a number of production and technical advisers worldwide to give practical help to customers.

Rattlerow Nutrition formulates 10 set specification rations for the particular requirements of the breeding programme. These are manufactured in the company feed plant and delivered to Rattlerow units.

Rattlerow Arable farms and owns 650 hectares of intensive arable supplying cereals to the mill, straw to the pigs and receiving muck and slurry in return.

Rattlerow Construction includes a modern metalwork shop and is responsible for farm expansion, design, refurbishment and maintenance.
